WYSA’s participation in the Pats Peak “Learn to Ski and Snowboard Program” finished on January 31, 2008. I would like to thank Rachel de Thomas who took over as the Onsite-Coordinator this year. Rachel will be taking over the entire program next year as I will be retiring from WYSA at the end of this school year. I would also like to thank all the parent chaperones who helped this year. This program would not run as smoothly as it does without the help of all the Warner parents. Thank you, thank you, thank you. As part of the program, Pats Peak offers a BONUS DAY. Here are the details: 1. Use the laminated tag from the program. This should still be attached to your child’s jacket. 2. The tag is valid for ONE free day of skiing or snowboarding between Monday, February 25, 2008 and Sunday, March 23, 2008. It is NOT valid during the Saturday Pay One Price (POP) nights so if you want to go on Saturday, go early in the morning not at night. 3. Go to the ski school which is right next to the lodge where you met your child each week. 4. Show the laminated tag and your child will be given a FREE all day/all lift pass. If your child rented equipment during the program, your child will be able to rent on bonus day as well (for free). 5. Parents must provide transportation and supervision.
